|Description:||The Reception - Clerical Support Specialist's primary role is to answer in-coming calls and greet and assist visitors. Additionally, this position will perform various administrative duties, which may include copying, faxing, mail and mailings, supplies, scanning, legal documentation and other administrative and support duties.

|Duties:||Reception - to include answering and routing calls appropriately
Mail - sort incoming and outgoing, route to appropriate personnel and/or other locations
Documents - copying, faxing
Legal documentation - including notifications to attorneys
Physician appointment scheduling in on-line system
Provide support for projects
Supplies - maintains inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of and storing as appropriate
Perform other duties as assigned|
|Qualifications:||High school diploma or GED
General office experience
Able to type and work using personal computer (minimum 50 wpm and proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office)
Must be able to work independently
Must be organized and detail oriented
Must deal professionally with highly confidential information.
